PAUL MURPHY is focused across multiple aspects of the nuclear industry from legal and policy matters including international regulatory and treaty frameworks and nuclear liability issues, to strategies for creating and financing nuclear power programs and the identification and mitigation of associated risks.  An expert in the development and financing of nuclear power programs by the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), the OECD Nuclear Energy Agency (NEA), the International Framework for Nuclear Energy Cooperation (IFNEC), and the US Government. Paul has served (as a seven-time appointee) to the US Secretary of Commerce Civilian Nuclear Trade Advisory Committee, is a two-time member of the US Department of Commerce SMR Working Group, and has served on the Clean Energy Technology Advisory Panel of ASME.
